Shipping

Product orders: All product orders will take 1-3 days to process, and 2-4 days to ship. 

Wig unit orders: All units orders will take 1-3 days to process, and 2-4 days to ship. 

Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible for you package. For any other questions please contact USPS + 1 (800) 275-8777.  

Refund/Return

ALL SALES ARE FINAL | NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS OR LACE WIG UNITS.

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds on LacedByZHairCo. wigs or product orders. Please be sure to choose correct lengths and textures before checking out with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking under certain circumstances. But absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be rendered so please, read the information to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure you're understanding the turnaround time. By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our refund and return policy.
